Pest Control Specialist Job Summary
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Senske Lawn and Tree Care. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments. Your primary goal will be to safely and efficiently eliminate pests using our company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies for residential and commercial customers
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and develop customized treatment plans
- Apply our company's products and services to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Work independently and as part of a crew to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently and as part of a crew
