Job Title: RN Infection Control Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Infection Control Specialist to join our team at Caldera Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and preventing infections within our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing staff are following infection control policies and procedures
- Educate and redirect staff as necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Collaborate with the DON to develop and implement infection control strategies

Requirements:

- Current RN license without any enforcement action against it
- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting
