Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Control Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of risk control specialists in the Pacific Northwest, providing expert guidance and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and develop effective risk control strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of risk control specialists in the Pacific Northwest, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality risk control services.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and develop effective risk control strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on how to mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency and broker partners to support local initiatives and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure the delivery of risk control services that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a related field, such as risk management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in risk control or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of risk control principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
