Position Overview

Salary: DOE

The role involves making and receiving calls to patients to address their inquiries or concerns related to Savannah Dental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to callers, employing active listening skills to explain potential solutions and ensure patients feel appreciated and supported.
  • Document all significant details from conversations in the appropriate notes.
  • Complete Pink Sheets comprehensively when engaging with new patients or leads and maintain tracking in a spreadsheet.
  • Contact patients to confirm their appointments three days in advance.
  • Utilize all available communication methods (calls, emails, Weave) until patients are successfully reached.
  • Reach out to patients who are due for cleanings, making notes for tracking and follow-up.
  • Make calls based on Recall lists.
  • Fill available hygiene appointment slots.
  • Check messages prior to breaks or end of shifts and return calls to all patients.
  • Adhere to Tower scripts and tools to ensure optimal communication and customer service.
  • Follow up on Simplifye tasks.
  • Engage in training and other educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Lead.

  • Proficiency in utilizing various technological programs and tools.
