The role involves making and receiving calls to patients to address their inquiries or concerns related to Savannah Dental.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond to callers, engage in active listening, and provide clear explanations of potential solutions to ensure patients feel valued and supported.
- Document all significant details from conversations accurately.
- Complete Pink Sheets comprehensively when interacting with new patients or leads and maintain tracking in a spreadsheet.
- Reach out to patients to confirm their appointments three days in advance.
- Utilize all available communication channels (calls, emails, Weave) to connect with patients until successful contact is made.
- Contact patients who are due for cleanings, ensuring notes are made for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Make calls based on recall lists.
- Fill available hygiene appointment slots.
- Check messages prior to breaks or at the end of the day and return calls to all patients.
- Adhere to established scripts and tools to deliver exceptional communication and customer service.
- Follow up on Simplifye tasks.
- Engage in training and other educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Lead.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to actively listen while multitasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable using various technological programs and tools.
