With a strong background in administration, you will be responsible for:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Crafting reports, correspondence, and memos that showcase your writing skills and expertise.
  • Data Analysis: Inputting data into company systems, generating charts, tables, and reports that provide valuable insights.
  • Team Support: Assisting senior leaders and external/internal customers with their needs, maintaining deadlines, and handling sensitive information.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional administrative experience, including supporting senior leaders in a large organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) with strong data presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in calendar management, coordinating schedules, and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
