We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as the Front Desk Supervisor.The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to make a lasting first impression while leading our front desk team in guest check-ins and registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by being approachable and genuinely interested in guests' needs.
Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring proper credit is processed, special requests are acknowledged and fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests.
Assist in resolving issues through effective recovery strategies when challenges arise.
Train new Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
Recognize and value each team member's contributions, ensuring quality operations through training, directing work, resolving issues, and coaching.
Seek opportunities to become knowledgeable about the local area, enabling you to answer inquiries related to hotel services, registration, dining, shopping, and travel directions.
Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring all team members comply with standard operating procedures.Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to coordinate daily activities.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is essential; supervisory training or experience is preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by an outgoing and engaging demeanor.
Ability to quickly learn computer systems, as our hotel utilizes a Property Management System.
