- Oversee the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness through efficient resource allocation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, promoting a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance manager role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
