Business Development Manager

Future Foods Enterprises, LLC is a forward-thinking organization driving the protein shift for people and our world - without compromise. We manufacture a healthy and unique plant-based protein called PAOW, which we aim to have on every dish.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales goals and profit objectives through effective management of customers, brokers, and distributors.
- Partner with brokers to identify and implement ways to maintain and grow our business
- Grow sales substantially by seeking new business opportunities, using industry knowledge, and network of contacts
You will identify and approach key or strategic retail prospects and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Develop focused, strategic sales plans and targets in partnership with broker leadership. Maintain and develop relationships with end-users, brokers, and distributors.
Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
This role requires a geographic region manager who can work cross-functionally to gain support for programs and promotional activity. You will also need to develop a detailed understanding of our products and business, represent Impossible Foods to customers, train distributors' sales teams, and brokers.
You will create customer pipeline and develop targets through research and relationship development. Motivate brokers and distributors to achieve sales targets. Represent Future Foods at food shows, distributor events, and at other industry events.
Requirements include full cycle sales experience, managing brokers, building strategic market sales plans, strong leadership skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and remotely.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree in a related field, 5 years of experience in food-service sales, plant-based required, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
