Key Responsibilities:- Lead special projects related to fleet maintenance, including vehicle acquisition, lifecycle management, and fleet technology integration.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement projects, including maintenance, operations, procurement, and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure fleet operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and EPA standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Transportation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, project management, or transportation services.
- Proven experience managing large-scale fleet or maintenance projects.
- Experience with fleet management systems, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and compliance with transportation regulations.
MV Transportation is committed to providing a competitive salary range of $100K-$110K and a comprehensive benefits package.
