Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our Die Shop team at Tesla. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment, performing routine and preventive maintenance activities, and repairing and rebuilding damaged or worn equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities on all equipment
  • Repair and rebuild damaged or worn equipment
  • Maintain documentation for spare component inventory
  • Place requisitions for required supplies or components
  • Perform scheduled audits and inspections of facility systems and infrastructure
Requirements
  • Knowledgeable with CNCs, hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, pumps, compressors, plumbing, welding/fabrication, and filtration
  • General knowledge of hydraulic drawings, electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and fluid drawings
  • Proactive and organized
  • Able to read and comprehend procedures
  • Willing to perform any task safely to ensure our success
