Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Communicate a Clear Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead the Product Management Team: Lead the product management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Oversee the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet market needs and customer expectations.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Establish Product Roadmaps: Establish and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, using data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Contribute to Executive Team: Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Product Development: Proven experience in building and scaling successful products, particularly in the technology or software industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
  • Additional Skills: Experience working with offshore engineering teams is a plus. Familiarity with behavioral marketing and display management solutions is advantageous.
