Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive our company's innovation and growth. As our Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for shaping our technology strategy, managing a diverse team of developers, and overseeing the design and architecture of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our product offerings in the retail sector.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable and secure.
  • Collaborate with product management and other cross-functional teams to define technology requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our technology infrastructure, with a focus on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Build and maintain a robust DevOps capability to enhance the efficiency of our development and deployment processes.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
  • Proven experience managing large teams, including offshore development teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Deep understanding of product architecture and how different components work together.
  • Familiarity with delivering marketing solutions for physical retailers and fast food companies is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, with experience in implementing security measures in technology solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
