Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office staff, including managing work orders, responding to calls and communications, and coordinating with prospects and residents.
- Tenant Relations: Manage tenant relations, including guest services and vendor management, to ensure a positive resident experience.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including setting up and reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing expense reports.
- Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the property, including assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an administrative office, preferably with a small to medium-sized business.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and financial analysis. Strong administrative and clerical skills, with a detail-oriented and accurate approach.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
