About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Abacus Technologies. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices
  • Implement solutions to resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical support interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and network fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
