PBS PEO is looking for an experienced HR & Benefits Specialist to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Administration:

- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits offerings.

- Support the benefits enrollment process, including preparing materials, conducting orientations, and assisting employees with benefit elections.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage options, plan details, and claims processing.

- Coordinate with benefits vendors, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and facilitate effective benefits administration.

- Conduct benefits-related training sessions to educate employees about their options and plan features.

- Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Human Resources Support:

- Provide HR support on matters including employee relations, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Assist with onboarding processes, paperwork completion, and benefits enrollment.

- Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with record-keeping requirements.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives tailored to client needs.

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues, such as benefits, payroll, and leave management.

- Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to deliver integrated HR solutions and support.

- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure client companies are compliant.

- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, and training programs.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with client company contacts, serving as a trusted resource for HR support and expertise.
