Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist with Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
  • Administer or prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote healing and improve function.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to enhance patient mobility and strength.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapist License in California.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
