Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Huntington Park, California.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy management and be able to work effectively with patients, directors, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore their physical abilities and improve their quality of life.
- Conduct clinical testing and analysis to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
- Administer and prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote healing and recovery.
- Develop and implement exercise programs to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes.
- Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License in California (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
