Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Huntington Park, California.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical limitations and promote optimal health.
- Conduct thorough assessments and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
- Administer and prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote healing and recovery.
- Develop and implement exercise programs to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes to inform future care and improve overall patient experience.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License in California or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Experience working in a per diem or part-time capacity.
