  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
  • Administer and prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families to promote healthy habits and self-management.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans to ensure accurate and timely communication with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapist License in California (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
