Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Patient Registration Admin to join our team in a contract-to-hire position. As a Patient Registration Admin, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and performing insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Registration: Greet and check-in patients, collect demographic information, and verify insurance coverage.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage, including DME, and collect co-pays.
  • Chart Management: Create new patient charts, scan and file documents, and provide financial counseling for patients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a healthcare administrative and insurance verification role.
  • Skills: EMR or EHR experience, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
