POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are in search of a seasoned and driven Mortgage Sales Team Leader to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in broadening our brand's reach into new territories and enhancing loan production. You will oversee and guide a team of Loan Officers, ensuring they meet sales objectives while providing outstanding service to our clients. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products, exemplary leadership and mentoring capabilities, and a history of achieving success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-achieving team of Mortgage Loan Officers to ensure they meet both individual and collective sales goals.
  • Deliver continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Track team performance metrics, establish sales targets, and align goals with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other referral sources.
  • Act as a representative of Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. within the community to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or in a comparable role with a successful sales leadership background.
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a proven history of delivering results.
  • Must hold a valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to operate in New Hampshire.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, competitive environment.
