Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Trainee to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This role involves developing tailored solutions for each individual client, advising consumers on pest control options, and mentoring entry-level sales representatives.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops to stay up-to-date on all pest control service options.
- Shadow the sales methods of our sales representatives and Account Management staff to emulate their sales procedures.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales trajectories.
- Mentor and support entry-level sales representatives in the completion of work ventures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A four-year college degree in business management, finance, or communications preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales management, leadership, or pest control preferred.
- Impeccable communication skills, with a high degree of self-confidence and results-driven motivation.
