Key Responsibilities

  • Client Success: Build strong relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure clients achieve their goals. Ability to handle 30+ clients.
  • Implementation Excellence: Lead onboarding and implementation projects with exceptional project management skills, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Platform Optimization: Provide training and insights to maximize platform adoption and ROI for clients.
  • Retention & Growth: Drive renewals and identify upselling opportunities by demonstrating continuous value.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary liaison, addressing client concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to deliver actionable recommendations that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B SaaS role, preferably in HR Tech/Recruitment Marketing.
  • Proven expertise in project management, particularly for software implementations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
