As a key member of our merchant advertising team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact loyalty experiences and advertising campaigns.
ResponsibilitiesYou'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Kigo partner accounts, managing all aspects of the partner relationship with a customer-obsessed approach. You'll also collaborate with Kigo's sales, advertising, and development teams to deliver the optimal solution to our partners.
- Proactively manage project status, timelines, and deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding partner expectations
- Gather and communicate partner feedback to drive continuous product improvement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in loyalty programs or fintech
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and data privacy regulations
- Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
