Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. They will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, ensuring high-quality security services are provided.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
  2. Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift managers, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
  3. Ensure the client site receives high-quality security services to protect people and property.
  4. Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
  5. Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage the client site and meet or exceed financial and operational goals.
  6. Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
  7. Communicate regularly with clients on any issues or program changes.
  8. Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of business management, operations, or supervisory experience, preferably in contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement.
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented management environment.
