Position Overview:
The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the clinical operations of nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Facilitate the effective implementation of care delivery models and processes, providing mentorship to staff and coordinating with other departments.
* Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient nursing personnel are available to provide safe, round-the-clock care, with a focus on minimizing overtime and reliance on agency staff.
* Engage in staff recruitment, orientation for new hires, and provide recommendations regarding promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications:
* Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
* CPR Certification is mandatory.
