Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
- Provide regular patient status updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in implementing patient treatment plans under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Supervise, administer, and assist with medications as needed.
- Provide direct care of residents as necessary, following the plan of care for each resident.
- Ensure residents' care standards are maintained and report to the Director of Nursing.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the State of PA.
