About the Job

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our Outpatient Services' Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) staff. You will adopt and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to QMHP and QMHA staff
  • Develop and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices
  • Ensure staff receive training and regular performance evaluations
  • Manage clinic activities, including coordination with referring partners and delegating work assignments
  • Apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • License by the State of Oregon to practice independently in your field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
