Job Summary:

Health Care Resource Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director/Clinic Manager to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations to achieve budgeted and planned results
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating clinic staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless operations and compliance

Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Understanding of clinic operations, substance abuse treatment, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions
