Spurwink Services is seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a member of our Lewiston Area Outpatient Therapy Team, you will provide individual and family therapy services to clients of various ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individual treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as observations in natural environments to gather data.
- Consult with treatment team members, social brokerage, and submit Kepro managed care entries for Maine clients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in discharge and transition planning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Licensure in the state of Maine as an LCSW or LCPC.
- Ability to maintain required licensing and certification throughout employment.
