Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, your essential duties will include:

  • Establishing policies and procedures to meet sales objectives.
  • Designing and implementing programs necessary to achieve departmental goals.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a sales team capable of achieving profitable market penetration.
  • Overseeing inventory management processes.
  • Focusing on the following Key Results Areas:

1. Profit Management: Ensure that sales performance meets or exceeds forecasts in terms of units sold, sales dollar value, and gross profits generated.
2. Personnel Management: Hire, develop, and guide a sales team to ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
3. Inventory Management: Collaborate in developing the inventory strategy, maintaining inventory levels in accordance with the plan, and managing aged inventory effectively.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of management experience in developing and leading teams. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000
