Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth at Wilkins RV. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Hire, train, and direct a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

KPIs include:

  • Profit Management: Sales performance meets or exceeds forecast in terms of revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Personnel Management: Hire, develop, and guide a sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved and customer satisfaction is high.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in developing the inventory plan, maintaining optimal stock levels, and minimizing aged inventory.

Requirements:

  • Three years of management experience: Proven track record of developing, leading, and growing sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree: Preferred from a four-year college or university.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 per year
