Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level, by promoting the company's value proposition and providing technical solutions and operational expertise.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships with target and managed accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and expanding the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within an account.
  • Perform the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships, seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities, and obtaining and closing sales on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of six years of progressive field sales experience, with at least one year successfully selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business, excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to influence account decision-makers at key levels.
