Job Overview

Position Summary:
As a pivotal member of BIZLINK TECHNOLOGY INC, you will leverage your expertise in account management to foster strong relationships with our key clients. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your understanding of client accounts to collaborate with relevant BizLink teams, identifying and articulating our unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Take charge of driving BizLink's success within your assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and representative of our organization. Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams (including Program Management, Customer Service, Quality, and Engineering) to guarantee timely and effective delivery of our solutions.
  • Engage proactively with BizLink functional groups to ensure they assume responsibility for their respective areas in relation to your clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual sales budget for your accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Achieve the established sales and margin targets for your accounts, implementing corrective measures as necessary to address any potential shortfalls.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new business development within your accounts.
  • Gather and provide precise sales forecasting information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as the primary contact for all requests for quotations (RFQs) for new part numbers and ensure timely delivery of quotes to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies to maintain a fair and reasonable profit margin.
  • Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, proposing solutions to enhance product quality.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your reporting manager.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in selling and/or implementing technology solutions.
  • Experience in delivering interconnect solutions to clients.
  • Exceptional pre-and post-sales account management skills, with a focus on resourcefulness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to design and present technical solutions tailored to meet customer requirements.
  • Familiarity with customer products and technologies supported by BizLink.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with professional presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven with a collaborative mindset; a true team player.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving under tight deadlines.
  • Quick learner, eager to embrace new technologies.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of your role.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; electrical engineering is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of experience in hardware/software research and development within consumer and/or enterprise markets.
  • Technical sales support experience in interconnect design and system integration.
