  • Achieve sales and margin objectives, implementing corrective measures as necessary to address any potential shortfalls.
  • Drive new business development initiatives and meet established sales targets.
  • Gather and report accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic planning.
  • Act as the main contact for receiving requests for quotations (RFQs) and delivering pricing proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish competitive pricing while ensuring profitability.
  • Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to enhance product quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in selling or deploying technology solutions.
  • Experience in providing interconnect solutions to clients.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a degree in Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of experience in hardware/software research and development within consumer or enterprise markets.
  • Technical sales support experience in interconnect design and system integration.
