- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, including Program Management, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Engage with various functional groups within BizLink to ensure accountability and responsiveness to client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of annual sales budgets for assigned accounts and monitor performance against these targets.
- Achieve sales and margin objectives, implementing corrective measures as necessary to address any potential shortfalls.
- Drive new business development initiatives and meet established sales targets.
- Gather and report accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic planning.
- Act as the main contact for receiving requests for quotations (RFQs) and delivering pricing proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish competitive pricing while ensuring profitability.
- Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to enhance product quality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated success in selling or deploying technology solutions.
- Experience in providing interconnect solutions to clients.
- Exceptional account management skills with a focus on pre-and post-sales support.
- Ability to design and present technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Familiarity with customer products and technologies supported by BizLink.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Self-driven with a collaborative spirit; a true team player.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a degree in Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in hardware/software research and development within consumer or enterprise markets.
- Technical sales support experience in interconnect design and system integration.
