Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by following our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT
  • Assist customers with requests and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to visual standards
  • Operate POS/register to properly cash out customers and maximize sales
  • Merchandise displays to visual guidelines and assist in setting up special events and promotions
  • Understand and communicate Loss Prevention policies and procedures

  • Achieve sales goals by suggesting additional products and using selling skills to explain benefits and features
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • No retail experience required
  • Optimistic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use a POS/register and operate office equipment
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25lbs, with assistance for heavier items
