Job Summary

The Photographer/Sales Associate is a key member of the Amazing Pictures team, responsible for creating an engaging and entertaining experience for customers while providing exceptional sales and service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  2. Visual Merchandising: Entice customers into the store by creating visually appealing displays and promotions.
  3. Payment Processing: Collect payments for purchases, following company procedures for checks and credit card authorizations.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges: Assist customers with refunds and exchanges, using tact and diplomacy to resolve any issues.
  5. Photography Services: Take high-quality photos using proper techniques and methods, and process them correctly.
  6. Store Operations: Maintain a clean and attractive store environment, working with other employees as a team to achieve this goal.
  7. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including opening and closing the register as assigned.
  8. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
Environmental Demands

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent noise and temperature fluctuations. The ability to work in a small, confined space is essential.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for long periods, frequent walking up and down stairs, and manual dexterity. The ability to lift boxes of supplies up to 25 pounds with assistance is also required.
