Geographic Sales Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Geographic Sales Growth Specialist to join our sales team at Johnstone Supply. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned geographical territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the HVACR wholesale distribution business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience and possess a strong background in sales strategy development and execution. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package: $75,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) option, and paid time off.
