Regional Sales Director

A successful Territory Sales Director at Johnstone Supply will be responsible for growing new and existing customer sales in assigned geographical territories. This role contributes to company growth and profitability by identifying opportunities, developing relationships with influencers and decision makers, and implementing sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience and possess a strong understanding of the HVACR wholesale distribution business. They will be able to analyze customer needs, create effective sales plans, and maintain a professional personal appearance. The ability to use computer applications, including Excel and CRM software, is also essential for this role.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) option, and paid time off.
