Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs and replacements
  • Assisting with the setup and arrangement of conference rooms and other commercial spaces
  • Repairing and replacing equipment and fixtures as needed
  • Completing maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ordering and replacing broken parts and equipment
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Handyman or in a related field
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
