Job Overview

The Commercial Construction Manager will:
  • Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience overseeing multiple commercial projects valued up to $10 million.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate the capability to manage intricate projects from initial concept through to full operational status.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Have the ability to perform material take-offs.

The successful candidate for the Commercial Construction Manager role will possess:
  • Extensive experience leading commercial construction projects (5+ years).
  • Knowledge of building inspection processes and procedures.
  • Experience in reviewing construction documents, including submittals, plans, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • OSHA-10 certification.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.).
