Job Title: Construction Foreperson

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreperson to join our team. As a Construction Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction personnel, including laborers, equipment operators, and other site staff.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including time and material records.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
