Sales and Business Development Manager

Crawford Construction is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Manager to support our Business Development team and drive growth.
As a key member of our team, you will utilize your leadership, communication, and project management skills to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and validating CRM database
- Assisting in target market prospecting and marketing initiatives
- Managing the RFP/RFQ process
- Assisting with digital marketing and social media strategy
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of full-time experience in a similar role
- Comfortable with Mac and iOS
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 office products
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products
