Position Overview

A. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
BASIC – Capable of understanding and interpreting straightforward instructions, brief communications, and memos. Proficient in composing simple messages. Able to effectively convey information in individual and small group settings to clients, customers, and fellow employees within the organization.
INTERMEDIATE – Competent in reading and understanding documents such as safety guidelines, operational and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Skilled in drafting routine reports and communications. Able to articulate effectively before groups of clients or employees within the organization.
HIGH – Proficient in composing reports, business correspondence, and manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from groups, managers, clients, customers, or the general public.
VERY HIGH – Able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical publications, financial statements, and legal documents. Proficient in responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory bodies, or members of the business community. Skilled in writing speeches and articles for publication that adhere to established style and format. Capable of effectively presenting information to senior management, public groups, and boards of directors.

B. MATHEMATICAL ABILITIES

BASIC – Able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
INTERMEDIATE – Competent in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
HIGH – Proficient in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, as well as fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Capable of applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical scenarios.

C. COGNITIVE ABILITIES
Ability to maintain concentration with or without interruptions.
Ability to conceptualize multiple ideas simultaneously.
Ability to retain tasks and/or assignments for extended periods.
Ability to focus on tasks/functions for prolonged durations.

Compensation: $92,000 - $145,000

This role is classified as safety-sensitive.

Bachelor's Degree
Experience Requirements
5 Years of Progressive HR Experience in Health Care Preferred
Certifications
SHRM Certification Preferred
