Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Trios Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our People Services department and driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee experience
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational development initiatives
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- SHRM Certification a plus
Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $145,000
This is a safety-sensitive role, and the selected candidate must be able to pass a background check and provide proof of education and work experience.
