Job Summary

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the Human Resources function at Trios Health. The Director of People Services will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's mission and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $145,000 per year.

Work Environment

This position is designated as a safety-sensitive role.
