We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate III to join our team at the American National Red Cross. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
Responsibilities- Review and assess records, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff and educate team members on quality principles and regulatory requirements.
- Stop the manufacture, testing, and distribution of products and services if they do not meet quality standards.
- Lead operating entities in preparing for, hosting, and closing out internal and external inspections and audits.
- Participate in and lead quality assurance meetings and projects to identify quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality auditing in a GMP environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent quality assurance in change control and standardization activities.
