Quality Assurance Coordinator

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality care are met and continuously improved within our healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of clinical processes and patient care outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics for leadership review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; certification in quality management preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance or improvement in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
