Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a culinary professional, ideally within a theatrical setting
  • Capability to thrive in a high-energy atmosphere
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Inventiveness in dish creation
  • Adaptability in modifying recipes and utilizing various ingredients
  • Enthusiasm for dressing in character and engaging with the production
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare an array of dishes in accordance with theatrical culinary guidelines
  • Develop and present innovative dishes to enhance our audience's experience
  • Maintain rigorous standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Keep a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Skillfully operate kitchen equipment and tools
  • Ensure proper storage and management of food supplies

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (3+ hours)
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs
